EPS (Polystyrene) sandwich panel

      

 

Description:

Surface is colored steel sheet, core material is Self-extinguishing polystyrene. It is continuous heated and pressured in molding machine, Its composited by the heat-curing adhesive. Its very light, 1/20-1/30 equivalent weight of concrete. Have good performance in warm keeping and heat insulation. Its heat transfer value is 0.034W/mk. Easy to install. It's the new material with all the advantages of weight bearing, warm keeping, water proofing, decoration.

 

Application:

Ceiling and surround for the clean factory, workshop for clean products, warehouse, cold room.Long span panel, reinforcing the original structure, Temporary office,Shop, market, kiosk.

Rock Wool sandwich panel

      

Description

The main material for rock wool is basalt and other natural ore mineral.Using high temperature to fusingit to fibre, then adding

binder to solidify it. Rock wool sandwish panel is the best fire proof panel distinguish between the simlilar products. Its widely

used as the insulation and sound proofing material for the drying room, painting room,industrial equipment, construction,

vessel and so on. Meanwhile it can be used as roof and partition for the electrical clean room, fire and explosion proofing

room. Passed National Testing Center fire detection limit test. 70 minutes fire proofing. Thickness can be made from 50mm to

150mm, whatever thickness as you want.
